A: Click here to reset your password.
Q: My password is not being accepted when I try to login.
A: Your password is case sensitive, so you must type it exactly the way you did when you registered. To register, click the ENTER NOW link and follow the instructions.
Q: What should I do if I encounter a problem at the West Virginia Lottery PAC-MAN® Second Chance Promotion Entry website?
A: Go to the FEEDBACK page to let us know what problem you are experiencing. We will assist you via return email. The more details you can provide about your problem, the better chance we will have of quickly working through the problem.
Q: I made a typing mistake when I submitted my entry. How do I check for and correct entry errors?
A: All entries that you submit will be automatically verified upon entry. If you make a mistake while typing and entering an invalid entry, you will receive a message stating, “You are attempting to enter an invalid ticket number.” Please check the number(s) on your ticket and try typing it in again. Also, all your entries can be on the Entry History on this website. Please verify that the ticket hasn’t already been entered by you.

Q: I have changed my email address. Can I change it in my registration information?
Questions about entries and tickets
Q: Can I enter the drawing more than once?
A: Yes. You may enter the drawing as many times as you wish; however, each entry requires the use of a separate, qualified ticket. You are eligible to win only one (1) prize per drawing.
Q: How can I be sure that my internet entry has been submitted?
A: When you submit your entry, a notice stating that your entry has been accepted will appear at the top of the page. If you see this notice, rest assured that it has been submitted successfully. You can also confirm your entries by viewing the Entry History. Your entries will appear on the bottom of that page.
Q: Once I have entered my non-winning ticket for the West Virginia Lottery PAC-MAN® Second Chance Promotion, do I need to keep my ticket?
A: Once you have successfully entered your non-winning ticket, you do not need to retain the ticket to collect on a winning entry. However, you may want to retain non-winning tickets for record-keeping purposes (e.g., to retain as proof of purchase for tax purposes or other reasons).
Q: May I enter a ticket on the internet and then mail it in as an entry, too?
A: No. This promotion will only accept entries via the internet. Any tickets that are mailed in or hand delivered will be disqualified.
Q: Can I delete an internet entry?
A: Once your entry has been successfully submitted, it cannot be deleted.
Q: What happens if I submit my entry after the deadline for the drawing?
A: After the final drawing deadline, the website will not allow you to register or submit any further entries. No entries after September 1, 2018 11:59:59 PM EST will qualify for a prize.
Q: When are the cut-off dates for the drawings and how many drawings will be held?
A: There will be eight (8) weekly drawings for the chance to win one of five (5) $500 cash prizes. There will also be a Grand Prize drawing of one (1) $10,000 prize winner and one (1) Table Arcade Game Console plus $2,000 cash prize winner! Questions about winners
Q: What are my chances of winning a prize in the West Virginia Lottery PAC-MAN® Second Chance Promotion?
A: Your odds of winning will vary based on the total number of entries that are received for each drawing and the total number of entries that you have submitted.
Q: How do I find out if I have been selected as a winner?
A: Winners' names and hometowns are posted on the West Virginia Lottery PAC-MAN® Second Chance Promotion website following the validation of the winners. The West Virginia Lottery will then notify all winners by telephone to provide information on claiming their prize. Winners must respond to the initial West Virginia Lottery phone contact within forty-eight (48) hours following their particular draw date or the winner shall forfeit the prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternate.
Q: Why does it take so long to post the WINNERS LIST?
A: After the physical drawing takes place, the winning entries need to be reviewed and verified for eligibility. The winners' information data is entered and certified by the West Virginia Lottery before posting on the website.
Q: I see my name on the WINNERS LIST as a West Virginia Lottery PAC-MAN® Second Chance Promotion winner, but I have not received an email or phone call. What should I do?
A: If you name is listed as a winner, please call the West Virginia Lottery at 800-982-2274 immediately to confirm your prize.
Q: How are the drawing winners selected?
A: Winners are randomly selected from all internet entries received for each drawing. Drawings are held under the observation of an independent Certified Public Accountant.
